Exodus 2:2, ” And the woman conceived, and bare a son: and when she saw him that he was a goodly child, she hid him three months.”
The sins of this present world are continually getting worse and worse. Recently mainstream media news has been covering the topic of gender (most of it justifying the sins of the present time). This morning I read an article about groups of teachers who were teaching their classes that doctors were only making a guess concerning gender when a child was born. My thoughts? This is nothing but the filth of sin.
The Bible that I read every morning and try to preach from on Sunday morning teaches differently. Moses’ parents gave birth to a son. Abraham was commanded to circumcise every “man child” in Genesis 17:10. Leviticus chapter 12 gives details concerning the ceremonial requirements of a “man child” and a “maid child.” Even the ungodly Egyptians knew there was a difference at birth when Pharaoh made the commandment to kill every “son” that was born among the Hebrews in Exodus 1:16.
Brothers and Sisters in Christ, God is true and carnal man is a liar. The Bible is right and anyone who disagrees is wrong. There is no gray area. The sin nature has no parameters in its lust to go away from God and truth. What we are witnessing is the effort of sodomy to justify itself by corrupting the minds of the next generation. What’s really sad is we have many in government who have no more morals than to pander to this sin just to be re-elected and stay in power. Not many years ago, some of these same government officials declared they believed marriage was between a man and a woman, but Paul spoke truth when he said in 1 Timothy 6:10, “The love of money is the root of all evil;…” The news media often will say that these officials “evolved” when actually they have devolved. They have devolved into the filth of sin. The earth, at the present time, has nations/governments who consider a person who takes a scriptural position on this subject to be guilty of hate crimes. These individuals, who stand up for the truth of the Bible, are punished as if they were guilty of a heinous crime such as murder. And I can honestly say, we are not far from these same actions in America.
It is time for someone to stand up for the children and stop allowing ungodliness to rule their minds. We as parents and grandparents have a responsibility to teach our children what is right and what is wrong. We should not depend on government, but take this God given responsibility on ourselves. By reading our Bibles and attending Church to hear the gospel preached, we are preparing ourselves for the battle and are being equipped to give an answer when we are asked, “Why do you believe what you believe?” Children are a precious blessing, and they are worth the sacrifice and time that is required for us to make a difference. Amen!
